Fine. Nice reception staff. Nice room. Wifi worked.
I thought it was a few km more away from the hotel then I had expected.
I thought the staff were extremely helpfull.
The pillows were not very comfortable , in the morning the noise from the cleaners downstairs could be heard.
It was in a nice spot and the rooms are spcious and very comfortable be.
There were 4 bulbs in the bathroom and 3 of them did not work. The state of the dining room was not clean with poor furniture and layout plus lack of air conditioning. Food too very poor - chips were fried in re-used oil.
The rooms were lovely and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Clean room.
The location wasn't in Swords really as it said it was. It was out in the countryside and further away from where we had planned it to be.
Loved the bedroom, So clean and flawless,
Checked in at 9.10pm on a friday evening and could not get a sandwich....
The warm welcome and friendly staff
Its a little far out in the country, you need transport.
It is an excellent hotel - wonderful staff, super room - but a bit cold. It is also close to Dublin Airport, with particularly easy access to the Long-Term Car Park - which is why I stayed there.
It's deep in the North County Dublin countryside and difficult to find in the dark (probably the daytime too?) when coming from any direction other than Swords. Phoning the people on the desk doesn't really work, since they don't know the countryside either. I just got sent into Swords and told to come out on the right road - which worked but meant a long round about trip. The room as a little cold too - changing the thermostat didn't seem to make any difference.
The hotel was very nice and quite. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The rooms were really nice and comfortable.
The downside to this hotel is that it is far from the city, and there is only a bus that goes to and from the hotel every 3 hours. So you end up taking a cab to the city which can really add up in cost.
The staff were fantastic and so obliging. I choose room only option and was able to go for a smaller breakfast rather than a full fry. There are loads of options for breakfast. The rooms are immaculate and nice and big. I would highy recommend this hotel.
The reception staff were very professional and accomodating. The bar food was very good but the breakfast was excellent. Wi-Fi top class quality. Overall very good value for money.
A little bit secluded to find but got brill directions fro receptionist to go back to airport.Breakfast was a bit slow, but was worth the wait
Good quality hotel thats handy to the airport and is also surprisingly good value.
Breakfast could start a bit earlier than 7:15 for those getting early flights.
The fact that staff were so friendly and helpful.
Comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, a chef that cooks a proper rare steak when you ask for it, and perfectly pulled pints of Guinness
It is well located for the airport, but not too noisy. Room was large and bright.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.
Nice hotel. Ideal for airport. In countryside but close to town of Swords. Good choice.
